We offer our patrons an authentic “taste” of Jawa Timur, Indonesia, with a flair for
fried smashed foods. We feature our most popular Ayam Penyet (Smashed fried chicken). Other fried favorites are Empal Penyet (Beef), Lele Penyet (Catfish), Udang Penyet (Prawn) and Bakso Penyet (Beef meatball). Popular soups and side dishes are Bakso Kuah, Sup Buntut, Soto Ayam and Gado-gado (mixed vege with peanut sauce) and famous sate, grilled Indonesian styled chicken and fish.
All entrees were served with Indonesian favorites such as deep fried bean curd,
soybean cake, an assortment of vegetables and topped with smashing hot Indonesian belacan-chili relish.
Most of the marinades and spices are imported directly from Indonesia which
makes Ayam Penyet Ria a true and original authentic Jawa Timur taste!
